Your order from Alex Marshall Sports should have reached you in perfect condition and we hope that it is to your total satisfaction. (If by chance the packaging arrives damaged it is essential that we are notified within 24 hours).
Please be aware that if an item is not on your invoice, the item is out of stock and will be put on back order with delivery to follow when stock becomes available. If this is unacceptable, please advise asap and these orders will be cancelled with any monies paid refunded to you.
All returns must be notified to Head Office in advance. Head office will issue a returns number if applicable. This number must be clearly displayed on the returns correspondence and parcel.
Damaged or faulty products must be notified to Head Office within 24 hours and returned to the company within 7 days of dispatch.
Shortages must be reported to the Head Office within 24 hours, after this period of time we are not at liberty to replace or refund you.
Unacceptable Returns If you return an item or report a shortage outside the terms of our returns policy, your statutory rights do not apply. We will not refund of replace the product.
Custom made bowls are not refundable due to personal design unless goods received are faulty or damaged by supplier.
Where an item has a fault that was present when it was delivered, or a fault that appeared soon after purchase (7 days) you may have the right to return the item for a full refund or the right to a replacement. These rights do not apply in respect of fair wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or where you decide you longer want the item.
We endeavour to deliver all orders within 4 working days, subject to payment and stock availability.
